Occupancy Rate - Leased units in one property divided by the total units in the property
Lease Expirations - A list of the leases by expiration date showing unit and tenant name, rent and deposit
Tenant Payment Report - All ACH transactions from tenants submitted through Tenant Payment Center
Services and Charges - Receipt of all services and charges ran and paid by users sharing your account
ACH Subscribtions - A list of all units (tenants) subscribed to LeaseRunner ACH payments
