We are committed to transparency—here’s how your information may be disclosed and under what circumstances:

• In General. LeaseRunner sells Services; LeaseRunner does not sell Collected Information. However, if LeaseRunner goes through a business transition (such as a merger, acquisition, or asset sale), Collected Information may be part of the assets transferred. Collected Information may be disclosed to LeaseRunner’s employees, agents, or contractors. LeaseRunner takes reasonable precautions to limit the disclosure of sensitive Collected Information to employees, agents, or contractors.

As a reseller under the Fair Credit Reporting Act, LeaseRunner may disclose Collected Information to consumer reporting agencies as part of a normal tenant screening transaction. LeaseRunner acknowledges that some Collected Information is sensitive, such as Consumer Report Data and Billing Information. LeaseRunner discloses Consumer Report Data to only the prospective landlord and the prospective landlord's authorized users. LeaseRunner discloses Billing Information to only the financial institutions involved in a payment transaction.
• Other Disclosures. There may be situations when Collected Information (including sensitive information) may be disclosed more broadly than described in LeaseRunner’s normal business disclosures above. These situations include but are not limited to your violation of LeaseRunner’s Terms of Use Agreement, the disclosure is part of a law enforcement investigation or required by law, the disclosure is necessary for a legitimate reasonable business purpose, or you give LeaseRunner permission.

• Select the fields you wish to edit, such as Account Owner, Change Password, or Credit Card Information.Enter the updated information and ensure all details are accurate.
• Confirm your changes by clicking "Save."

Important Notes

• Updates to your bank account information at COLLECT may require additional verification to ensure security.
• Once changes are made, you will receive an email notification confirming the updates to maintain the integrity of your account.
