LeaseRunner Makes My Life So Much Simpler

I've been using LeaseRunner for years. It makes it easy for tenants to apply and pay for their own screening. I also feel good about the screening fee going directly to a third party, versus me collecting it directly. Reports are clear, and the application gives me almost everything I need for my lease.

LeaseRunner removes the direct contact negatives, like people suspicious of handling personal information over to another who may or may not be legit. I had an applicant accuse me of being a personal information thief! It was all a distraction. Turns out she was a twice-evicted train wreck with terrible credit. Now using LeaseRunner, there is a third element and the process is between the applicant and LeaseRunner. I get my reports and nothing more. Completing the process all online in as little as 1 hour!

I’ve used LeaseRunner for 2 years now (referral from a buddy who has used them for multiple years). LR is really easy to use and very simple. They are great for applications, screenings, and lease documents.
