Condition of the Premises <p>Idaho law requires landlords to maintain rental units in a habitable condition, ensuring:<br>- Reasonable waterproofing and weather protection.<br>- Good working order of electrical, plumbing, heating, and ventilating systems.<br>- Premises are safe and sanitary.</p>
Late/Returned Fees <p>Idaho has no specific state statutes governing late fees; terms should be outlined in the lease agreement.</p>
Mold Disclosure <p>Idaho law doesn't require landlords to disclose mold presence. Nonetheless, maintaining the property to prevent mold growth falls under the landlord's duty to provide habitable premises.</p>
