To ensure secure transactions, LeaseRunner authenticates the tenant’s bank information during the setup process. This verification can be instantaneous or take up to two business days, after which tenants can start making rent payments seamlessly.
No, there is no monthly minimum. LeaseRunner charges a $5 fee per ACH payment, regardless of the number of transactions. The fee can be paid by the tenant or covered by the landlord, depending on the landlord’s setup preference.
